DataLink Repair
If your USB-Link, Inline, EDL3 or other Nexiq based datalink has a broken connector or is not powering on, we are here to help!
Failed connectors and broken USB retainment clips are the most common form of repairable and preventable damage to a datalink.
If your datalink is damaged we recommend repair immediately, it only takes one loss of connection at the wrong moment to “brick” an expensive module, causing headache and downtime.
Our process is easy. Contact us at info@fusediagnostic.ca and describe the issue you are having with your datalink. We will send you a repair order number and shipping or pickup instructions (pick up only available in the Port Kells area of British Columbia) When we receive your datalink we repair and ship it back out to you within 24hrs (bulk repairs may take longer and you will be notified of your options when contacted)
Common Datalink repairs;
Replacement of the USB connector $200.00 CAD
Replacement of the DB26 connector (Data Link connector) $200.00 CAD
Datalink not powering up or Windows not recognizing USB device. $50.00 CAD*
As always Fuse Diagnostic will not perform any repairs without written approval from the customer.

*This is a minimum inspection and testing fee, if unit is determined to be repairable then estimate with repair cost is sent.
